We did a job at an old oil mill recently, took down the roof, started with all the tiles, removed them by hand, then jumped in with the CAT mini excavator to take down the beams, looks a little dangerous, but it was all well thought out and planned. Worked out better than we’d hoped. Had to cut all the beams etc and move them after they fell.
